There are two types of thought, the majority favour reality based on experiences, science; often referred to as plain common sense. This common sense is what stops us from putting our hand into the fire, never having done so, but somehow knowing it will hurt. Conversely, liberal thought uses emotion and empathy and ignores the dangers of reality, continually burning their hands and blaming others. It's why in a modern day western society reduced to infantile reliance, a packet of nuts contains a warning the product contains . . . nuts, or needed signs that a floor is slippery when wet. Liberal belief is a subjective opinion, in the same way as believing the earth is flat, and ignoring factual evidence to the contrary.
Facts and reality become secondary to belief and Obama tapped into this, basing his election campaign on change you can believe in, yes we can and later, "The Audacity of Hope." Cleverly, he threw the consequences of what was to come back at the believers in his acceptance speech.
"But above all, I will never forget who this victory truly belongs to […] It belongs to you […] It can't happen without you […]" Further examples include the Immigration DREAM Act. (My emphasis). The belief system took on aspects of psychosis, as liberals competed to outdo one another in gullibility.
The faithful prayed
Is Barack Obama the Messiah? as the mass media erupted in paroxysms of praise: "We just like to say his name. We are considering taking it as a mantra." Chicago Sun-Times, June 9, 2008
Books were written
"A beam of morning light shown [sic] through the stained-glass windows and illuminated the president-elect's face. Several of the clergy and choir on the altar who also saw it marveled [sic] afterward about the presence of the Divine." Alter, Jonathan. The Promise: President Obama, Year One. New York, NY: Simon & Schuster, 2010. 102. Print.
Is liberalism a mental illness?
Even a child who believes in Father Christmas proves themselves right once a year. Yet something must be amiss in adults whose behaviour resembles that of children and who cannot distinguish between fantasy and reality, or articulate what they believe in – Occupy Sacramento.
"I'm here because, because, right now it's kinda vague, well, as it stands right now, that message team will reveal that [why they’re protesting], tomorrow morning."
A clinical psychiatrist explains:
"The roots of liberalism – and its associated madness – can be clearly identified by understanding how children develop from infancy to adulthood and how distorted development produces the irrational beliefs of the liberal mind. When the modern liberal mind whines about imaginary victims, rages against imaginary villains and seeks above all else to run the lives of persons competent to run their own lives, the neurosis of the liberal mind becomes painfully obvious." Rossiter, L, H, 2005, "The Liberal Mind: The Psychological Causes of Political Madness"
The Individual v the Group
The social justice warriors don’t view people as individuals, people become groups and ridding society of the bourgeoisie group for example, simply means they’re replaced by another group, the proletariat, and the mass remains. In that context the deaths or disappearance of millions don’t count, which is why they’re never referred to and lie outside the belief of liberal thought. The Ferguson and Baltimore riots were not about Michael Brown or Freddie Gray, they were about the identity group politics of Black Lives Matter, removing both the individuality and cause and centring on identity. The reason American black’s murder one another in what resembles a slaughterhouse aren’t as important, as which group is doing the killing. Similarly, the homosexual agenda is not about rights, it concerns forcing an acceptance of group minority behaviour on to the majority.
When Gullibility Met Stupidity
Why did BLM not exist under Reagan, and the world didn't overheat, drown or disappear in 2008 as promised by Al Gore? Why do cities financially collapse under Obama, but not Bush? Why is welfare good for the economy, but not work (according to Pelosi)?
1. Why do only capitalist economies have entitlement welfare? 2. If welfare reduces poverty, why are so many poor on it? 3. In which country has equality and social justice for all ever existed? Those with learning difficulties, the transgendered snowdrops and wannabe fire engines resemble a childish world of fantasy, retaining imaginary fixations. Gender, economic, social . . . equality has never existed, but turns into the term 'justice' in the modern social liberal mind. Social justice will provide equality and equality will ensure social justice – a play on semantics, producing a society of non-achievers and non-producers, but a guaranteed voting base, which is the objective of every politician.
This level of knowledge, in a future managerial middle class, does not bode well for any society.
